I know this has nothing to do with the outdoors, and I really have a great idea bouncing around in my head for a post, but I can only say one thing right now:
He’s staying!
And all of us Michiganders couldn’t be more happy! And all of you other college basketball programs should be worried – very, very worried!!!
I love, love, love seeing loyalty, especially in this day and age. Lets go Spartans!

It’s always great to see a college coach who cares more about loyalty and education than NBA money. Too bad there are not more players like that!
Talk about an emotional roller coaster!…I said I was gonna cry if he left, now I might cry out of pure joy. I love Izzo! Loyalty doesn’t even begin to describe a man that can turn down doubling his salary. How many of us would actually do that?
He’s definitely a good coach and good guy, but I was hoping Oregon could pry him loose, but they didn’t either. So chalk one up for loyalty.
