		<description>There are some pretty unsavory characters out there Art.  I&#039;ve had some run-ins with violators and poachers, and some of them would just as soon shoot you as the animal they poached.  Most of these low lives have been local people that know the area well.  That may be a debatable issue, but it&#039;s a  fact that a simple hand-slap or small fine does nothing to deter poaching rings.  The law isn&#039;t tough enough, and sometimes local police and C.O&#039;s are hesitant to come down too hard on the &quot;good old boys&quot; poaching their area!</description>

		<description>Poachers ARE thieves, Arthur.  No two ways around it.  Comparing hunters to poachers is like comparing bank robbers to bank customers... They&#039;re both in the bank to get some money, but the way they go about it is what differentiates the two. 

It&#039;s a shame more folks don&#039;t get that.</description>
