Jeff’s new house!
Well not all mine, I guess I’ll have to share it with the wife and kids! To be honest I wasn’t even looking to buy a house it just kinda fell in our laps. A friend of our cousin, Ron, had this place for sale for 2 years. But with the way the market is right now he just couldn’t sell it. So after talking the wife into moving the kids to a different school again, we made the choice to purchase the place.
We are not moving in until March 1st, but trust me it’s killing me! We have to get a few things done first: painting being one of them. The kids are just as excited as we are. The best thing is 
we will be a lot closer to Art,Ron,Justin and Mom & Dad(sorry Kellie). Oh, and it’s on 11 acres!! It’s only 60 yards wide but a 1/2 mile deep with a creek that runs right through the middle of it…”MY DREAM HOME”
I will be honest I’m a little scared to take on a 3200 sqft house as my 1st home but I’m sure I’ll be O.K!

Awesome! It’s a great time to buy, for sure. We just bought our first home (not quite that size!) good luck – and have fun. I’m enjoying the heck out of being a first time home owner!
