Jeff’s Second of the Year
A few days ago Jeff was lucky enough to bag his second deer of the year. He let a few smaller bucks go, but when this particular doe walked past, he decided to do his part to help the buck-to-doe ratio on the property.
We have had a pretty eventful week here at SimplyOutdoors. We had the cousin and the Uncle bag their deer on Monday night, and then Jeff taking this doe the next day. I guess, logically, that would make me next, right? I doubt it, but hopefully this weekend it doesn’t rain too much and I actually get to get out and get some more hunting in. My last chance before gun season arrives.
So, for those of you keeping score: Jeff-2, Matt-1, Jim-1, Arthur-0(now there’s a shocker)
Hopefully this weekend those numbers get evened up a bit.
Author’s note: I actually didn’t post yesterday. I am out of town and couldn’t get an internet connection until last night. It was the first weekday I haven’t posted something in quite some time, and it really bugged me. Oh well though, not much I could do about.
