I enjoy the second half of the year, summer and fall, much more than the first half of the year. I'm thrilled that Memorial Day weekend comes early this year and that the traditional beginning of summer is only two weeks away!

Fall is tough to beat just because of the hunting to be done - then when baseball playoffs are thrown into the mix, well, fall is great. The only downside of fall is that winter is coming - and summer is gone. Needless to say, I hate cold and snow (I won't be moving to Michigan anytime soon!) Spring is nice with all the newness of life - and fishing season! Summer doesn't hold much in the way of huntin', but I love the weather and I love the fishin'.

I love fall and spring, personally summer and winter aren't too bad either... I will admit that after about the middle of January I'm ready for winter to just go away!

I don't know how you do it up there. After a couple of months of being locked inside due to the snow, I think I would go crazy... I'm picturing Jack Nickolson in the Shinning type of crazy!
Glad Spring has arrived for you!

Winter was kind of long this year. I just started noticing leaves on the trees up here in the last few days, which is cool. The cherry blossoms are out too.

I agree with you, fall is my favorite time of year as well for all of the above reasons. The other seasons have their own sort of omviance to them but, I do prefer the leaves changing colors and the nip in the air and frost on the pumpkins.

Fall is also my favorite time of year. Sweatshirts and football. I am enjoying spring more and more. I am finally starting to enjoy planting fresh vegetables and lots of flowers.
