I just wanted to let everyone know how things were going at the Simply Outdoors camp.

Things have officially slowed w-a-a-a-a-y-y-y-y-y down.  I don’t know what happened.  The first few days of season were great, but since then I haven’t seen a deer in 3 days!  I even stuck it out and sat through some pretty miserable weather the other night and that didn’t even pay off.  I have also noticed that the shots around our property have slowed way down as well.   Ahhh, sure signs another gun season is in full swing.

Unfortunately, I am back at work for a couple of days this week.  It is so sad that my vacation is over.  Don’t get discouraged though because after tomorrow I have another 5 days off for Thanksgiving break.  I know my life is rough and I love every minute of it.  It is nice having to work these few days though.  It will give the deer a little break and I will head back out there after them this Wednesday.  It will also allow me to get caught up on my fellow bloggers sites.  I haven’t been able to read any of them or comment on them in quite awhile.
