Well just to prove that the National Wild Turkey Federation has done it’s job with reintroducing the Wild Turkey back into Michigan, my brother took this footage at his house.
I won’t name the city, but I will say that he lives only blocks away from downtown, and this city has a very good population. I could not believe my eyes when I saw the video. Simply amazing. I’m sure everyone will enjoy.

Don’t you think after watching that that maybe my niece has hung around her older brothers too long. For those of you who have a problem with her having a toy gun, if you pay attention, she doesn’t shoot when she can’t identify her target, and she also consistently points the gun in a safe direction!!! HEHE. Love it.

thats my baby! And her mom says she’s not going to be a hunter! hahahah…
That is some great footage, and it’s good to see a young lady so excited about thinning the turkey population…
Jeff,
Thanks for commenting. I hope she does take up hunting when she gets older. I thought it was pretty cute that she went and got the gun herself and brought it out.
Starting ‘em young. Great stuff.
We used to get flocks of turkeys around our office complex all the time. It’s wooded and our offices border on an open field, but there are a lot of buildings in the industrial park and lots of traffic. Didn’t seem to bother the turkeys a bit.
As for your niece, she’s adorable and that footage is priceless. It’s also good to see she’s learning gun safey early. Too cute!
